Shipping Policy

1. Which shipping company do we use? Tongshuzi typically ships via UPS, USPS, DHL, FEDEX, and other logistics companies.

2. How much is the shipping cost? Tongshuzi offers free shipping.

3. How long will it take for my order to arrive? After your order ships, it will arrive within 7-30 business days, sometimes even longer. International customers may experience delays and longer shipping times during holidays.

4. How do I track my order?

After your order ships, Tongshuzi will send you an email with relevant information. You can then track your package delivery information with the logistics company.

5. When will my order be completed (packed and ready for shipment)? Tongshuzi promises to ship within 7 days.

6. Can I expedite my order? Please contact tsz-wzm@jd9jd.com and provide your address. We will do our best to arrange expedited shipping and inform you of the additional cost. We can't guarantee this, but we will do our best to take care of our community!

7. Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel a standing order, we require at least 48 hours' notice, and we will attempt to stop the order. Please send your request to tsz-wzm@jd9jd.com. If the order has not yet been processed (i.e., your card has not been charged) or shipped, we may be able to cancel or modify your order, but this cannot be guaranteed. If your card has already been charged and you attempt to cancel the order, it is likely that we will not be able to do so in time.

If the item has already been shipped (i.e., has a tracking number), we cannot stop or modify it. However, if you wish, we are happy to assist you with a return for a refund or exchange. Please send your request to tsz-wzm@jd9jd.com to receive a refund number and return address.

*Please note that according to our return policy, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.*

8. Who is responsible for customs duties and VAT?

All countries are Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).

Please note that after receiving the tracking number, please monitor your package. If the post office attempts delivery but is unable to deliver the package, resulting in the package being returned, you will be responsible for the postage costs of re-shipping the order.
